Ballybricken Bohermore Astro-Turf Development Project
On Monday the 18th July, we saw works commence on our long awaited Astro-Turf training pitch development . The works are being undertaken by premier pitches and it has an 8week programme and due for completion in late September
The project consists of a fully enclosed 50m x 40m ,2,000m², synthetic playing surface with floodlights .
This development will be a welcomed addition to the facilities already in place at the club and will not only benefit the clubs adult and underage teams but the community as a whole.
This project is part funded by the €62,607.00 received in the Sports Capital grant.
Fundraising will play a key part in helping us raise funds for the balance of the cost for this development. Our recent Golf classic fundraiser raised much welcomed funds that will go towards the cost of this project and other events will be planned towards the end of 2022 and into 2023.
